Clerks
From LDSClerks
Clerks work closely with priesthood leaders and secretaries, and help make their service more effective by:
- providing reports and records
- providing training and familiarity with church guidelines
- tracking and following up on actions
- fulfilling the many record-keeping responsibilities in the Church.
Broadly speaking, clerks are either called to serve with a stake presidency and work on stake administration, a Stake Clerk or his assistants, or called to serve with a Bishopric and work on ward administration, a Ward Clerk or his assistants.
